Andrew Margolis

Attorney Andrew B. Margolis has been practicing law since 2001. He is a former Assistant District Attorney for the State of Georgia, where he handled all types of cases ranging from DUI and traffic to major felonies and homicides. He is a graduate of Emory University School of Law, a member of the Georgia Bar and licensed to practice in all municipal, state, superior and appellate courts of the State of Georgia.

Mr. Margolis’s practice is focused on criminal defense and domestic relations. As a former Assistant District Attorney with extensive jury trial experience, he represents clients charged with felony, misdemeanor, domestic violence, DUI and traffic offenses throughout the State of Georgia. Mr. Margolis’s aggressive style and attention to detail helps him achieve impressive results for his clients.

Mr. Margolis’s extensive experience with domestic violence cases as a prosecutor naturally led to his practice of divorce and family law, where he now aggressively represents clients in divorces and issues surrounding child custody, legitimations, child support, protective orders, and other related matters.

Mr. Margolis is a contributing member of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Georgia Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Atlanta Bar Association.
