Matt Witters
Attorney Matt Witters has been practicing law since 2006. As a former Assistant Solicitor, Mr. Witters handled cases ranging from DUI and traffic offenses to state criminal and local ordinance offenses. Using his former prosecutorial experience, Mr. Witters will fight to get your case dismissed. "I prosecuted a tremendous amount of cases while I was an Assistant Solicitor. I gained valuable trial experience and learned about the legal intricacies of criminal cases, especially DUIs." Mr. Witters says. Mr. Witters is a graduate of Florida Coastal School of Law, a member of the state bar of Georgia and licensed to practice in all municipal, state, superior and appellate courts of the State of Georgia.
Mr. Witters' practice is focused on criminal defense, traffic defense as well as DUI defense. As a former solicitor he has extensive trail experience and represents clients throughout the metro Atlanta area as well as the state of Georgia.
