Ms. Strickler represents clients charged for ANY criminal offense at the federal or state level. She also oversees and coordinates the pre-accusation/pre-indictment investigation work on the law firm’s criminal cases. This work involves painstaking attention to detail and constitutes a critical, pro-active approach to criminal defense work. She often succeeds in getting her cases dismissed prior to charges being formally brought against her clients. Ms. Strickler has successfully resolved over a thousand criminal cases and is fast becoming one of the most successful trial lawyers in the country. In fact, she was recently named a Super Lawyer – Rising Star by Atlanta Magazine. "The best thing we can do for a client is to get their case dismissed before an indictment or accusation is ever drafted by the prosecutor," explains Ms. Strickler. Ms. Strickler is currently an adjunct professor for Emory Law School’s Kessler-Eidsen Institute for Trial Advocacy, where she instructs law school students in the art of case preparation and trial advocacy. Ms. Strickler also teaches ethics to first year Emory Law students through a three day round table discussion involving first year law students, law school faculty and practicing attorneys. She is also an active member of the Georgia, New York, California, American and International Bar Associations. She is also a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the New York State Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Ms. Strickler is also the author of many articles on domestic and international legal issues and currently is the newsletter editor for the Business Crime and the Criminal Law Committees of the International Bar Association. She also enjoys doing public speaking engagements concerning cutting edge criminal law issues. She recently spoke at the International Bar Association’s Annual Conference in Prague, Czech Republic (2005) and Chicago, Illinois.
