Not Guilty on all counts! Our team won a jury trial in the Middle District of Georgia this month. The jury came back with NOT GUILTYs on all counts. Our client was charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute and Conspiracy to Possess with Intent to Distribute narcotics. He was facing a 10 year mandatory minimum. He is home now and the case is dismissed.

Last month, in MDGA also, we secured a DISMISSAL on conspiracy to distribute fentanyl and methamphetamine. That case involved allegations of selling narcotics on the Darknet using an online payments of cryptocurrency.

Also last month, Meg Strickler gave a presentation in Lisbon, Portugal on a very important topic, The Importance of being aware when winning crosses the line: ethical boundaries in zealous advocacy.
